FALL TACKLE REGISTRATION

Before registering, please ensure you read the below information carefully.  After completing the registration, please submit payment immediately using one of the below methods.  Thank you.

Payments and Refunds:

  • Payable at time of registration:

Registration Fees : $300.00 ($310 if using PayPal

  • Payable at equipment fitting:

1 - Volunteer Participation Incentive : $100.00 - This payment will come back to the registrant by the end of the season if they have completed their volunteer requirements.
2 - Fundraising Prepayment for Raffle Tickets : $100.00 (Paid with Post-dated Cheque)
3 - Equipment Deposit Cheque : $400.00 (will be returned upon equipment return at end of season).

  • Fees are $300.00 up until August 1. After this date a late registration fee of $50.00 will be charged which is non-refundable. In the event that the season does not proceed for 2021, you will receive $300.00 as a refund. The Maddogs will withhold $10.00 for an administration fee.

  • PayPal below (a $10.00 fee will be added when using PayPal)

Limited financial assistance is available, usually through KidSport.

​

Will you be applying for financial assistance?  If you are, it must be indicated on the registration form.

​

Note: The league provides all mandatory equipment, with the exception of girdles and mouth guards.

Cleats and gloves, while recommended, are optional. Girdles are available at Olympian Sports for around $25.
